Yamaha Motor Australia
To celebrate their 60th anniversary, Yamaha wanted to engage fans with a cheeky viral video.
Written by Yamaha's Sean Goldhawk and shot by Josh Evans, this clever script describes product history in an entertaining standoff between 1970s legend Stephen Galland young gun Kade Mosig (playing a brattier version of himself).
Great performances were essential here, and despite Gally and Mosig being first-time actors they delivered wonderfully subtle, nuanced results with the help of director Reuben Field. The video has been extremely popular on Facebook, where it quickly exceeded 300,000 to become YMA’s top-viewed video by far.
